Name Chocolate Chip Cookies Number of People 12 List of Ingredients 1 c. margarine, softened 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts, optional 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips Description Beat margarine, sugars, egg and vanilla til light and fluffy. Mix in flour, soda and salt. Stir in chips and nuts, if desired. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or til golden brown. Remove from sheets to cool on wire racks. Time 1 hour 15 minutes Difficulty (1-5) 2 Notes Makes 6 dozen cookies. Image
