Banana Crunch Cake

Crunch Filling:
2 T. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. rolled oats
5 T. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cake:
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
2 large bananas, can be very ripe
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Description
Mix together all crunch ingredients and set aside.
Blend sour cream, eggs and bananas. Add cake mix and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Pour scant 1/3 of batter in prepared pan, sprinkle with crunch mixture. Repeat layers two more times, ending with crunch mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or til toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely.

Notes
Looks plain, but is very delicious. Could dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a little glaze for garnish.
