Name Banana Split Cake

List of Ingredients 1 pkg. banana cake mix
2 c. whipping cream
1 T. sugar
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
11 oz. fudge ice cream topping (i.e. Hershey Hot Fudge)
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Description Bake cake according to package directions for two-layer cake. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.

Whip cream with sugar. Divide in half and fold berries into one half and drained pineapple into other half.

In small saucepan or microwave, heat fudge topping til warm, not hot. Needs to drizzle and spread.

To assemble cake, split each layer in half horizontally. Place bottom of one split layer on serving plate. Top with strawberry/cream mixture, spreading to edge of cake. Place another split cake layer on top. Spread with half of warm fudge topping, letting it drizzle down sides. Sprinkle with nuts. Top with another layer and pineapple/cream mixture, final layer and other half of fudge topping with nuts.

Serve immediately.
