Name Chicken Strawberry Salad

List of Ingredients Dressing:
2 T. orange juice
1 T. olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar

Marinade:
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 green onions, with tops, thinly sliced
2 T. orange juice
1 clove garlic

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast per person
spinach leaves
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. sliced strawberries
Description For dressing, in shaker-top jar, combine 2 T. orange juice, oil, lemon juice and sugar. Cover and shake well. Chill dressing til serving time.

For marinade, combine soy sauce, green onions, 2 T. orange juice, and garlic. Place chicken in plastic bag, seal and chill. Turn chicken to coat. Chill 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Grill chicken, reserve marinade. After about five minutes, brush chicken with remaining marinade; turn chicken and brush again. Grill 7 to 10 more minutes or til no longer pink. Cool slightly, slice.

Arrange chicken, oranges and strawberries on bed of spinach leaves. Shake dressing and drizzle over salad.
